Lammar's Smokehouse BBQ began as our dream in 2010. We created the recipes in our little outdoor smoker on our deck with our children and friends as our taste-testers. Through trial and error, revamping recipes and making a ton of "bad" recipes, we finally came up with the recipes you will get to taste at Lammar's.
We have our own special spice blends that are hand rubbed on our meat every day and smoked low and slow with hickory smoke to provide our best tasting meats. We smoke beef brisket, pork ribs, pork butt and turkey.
We prepare our sides, sauces and desserts using whole food ingredients to be the freshest and most wholesome we can provide. We do not use preservatives or additives. We also carry an extensive gluten free menu. Since we make our food fresh...we know what the ingredients are.
